Midweek Dinners are back! Join us every Wednesday evening for a time of food, fellowship, and activities for all ages. Dinner is served from 5:00–7:00 p.m. for just $5 per person or $20 per family.

Davidson UMC Concert Series: Orchestra of the Carolinas // October 18

Are you a fan of Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Mickey Mouse, and more? Then this is the concert for you. Join us for Classical Music from Classic Cartoons, the first concert in the Orchestra of the Carolinas’ 2025 season, directed by Dr. Tara Keith. The performance will be held on Saturday, October 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the DUMC Sanctuary. All are welcome, and a love offering will be collected. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance.

Fall Craft and Pimento Cheese Sale // October 18

Join us on Saturday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Pumpkin Patch at Davidson United Methodist Church (233 S. Main Street, Davidson). Shop handmade jewelry, cards, pottery, paintings, ornaments, décor, and more while supporting a great cause. Sponsored by the United Women in Faith at DUMC, all proceeds benefit local agencies and organizations serving women, children, and youth in need. Don’t forget to order pimento cheese for the holidays, it freezes well!

S’mores & Trivia Night at the Pumpkin Patch // October 24

Join us for S’mores and Trivia Night at the DUMC Pumpkin Patch on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., rain or shine. Enjoy s’mores, spooky holiday music, fun trivia, prizes, and fellowship in the crisp October air. Blonde Shot Coffee will be on site with drinks for purchase, and you are welcome to bring your own dinner. Come with a friend to join your trivia team or we will place you with one. All ages are welcome. This is a free event. Please bring your own chair.

Trunk or Treat // October 29

Trunk or Treat is Wednesday, October 29, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel parking lot. Bring the family for a safe, fun evening as church members and groups decorate car trunks and hand out candy. Kids are invited to wear costumes, enjoy games and activities, and connect with our church in a welcoming environment. This is a great outreach opportunity to meet new families. Youth Fall Retreat // November 7 - 9

Our middle and high school youth are invited to the Youth Fall Retreat, November 7–9. This “homegrown” retreat, held in partnership with another church, is a weekend designed for students to grow in faith and community through worship, teaching, small groups, and outdoor fun.
