CHAIR OF FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Finance Committee is responsible for developing an annual operating budget for the general fund and the monitoring of revenues and expenses throughout the year. The Committee consists of 15 members and includes the Director and Asst. Director of Finance.

My wife Cathy and I have been members of DUMC for over 25 years. My passion is in learning and teaching Biblical scripture, learning the history of the Biblical times and the evolution of Christian doctrine. I have served on the Adult Faith Formation Committee, the Administrative Council and for the past 3 years as the delegate to the Annual Conference representing the Finance Committee. I am a retired CPA.  Cathy and I are members of the Life Applications Sunday School Class. We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. One of our daughters is a member of DUMC.
