Director of Music and Worship
Davidson United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Music and Worship to lead and nurture our vibrant music ministry and help shape meaningful worship experiences for our congregation. This individual will provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for all aspects of the church’s music program, working closely with the Senior Pastor, staff, and volunteers to support worship through creativity, excellence, and spiritual leadership. The Director will oversee ensembles and music leaders, coordinate rehearsals and services, help select music that complements the preached word, and cultivate a welcoming and collaborative environment where musicians and worship leaders can grow both musically and spiritually.
