Kousalya Chandrashekar (Kousy) lives with her lovable husband and two kids in Mooresville. Kousalya holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Anna University (India) and brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills from her professional background as a Programmer Analyst. Her experience has helped her develop attention to detail, patience, analytical, and structured problem-solving abilities.

Kousalya also has experience working with young children through her various roles such as a volunteer teacher at a weekend community school and as a volunteer at Church preschools where both of her kids attended. She supported young learners in their academic and personal development. She enjoys creating a positive, nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.

With a calm and supportive approach, Kousalya focuses on helping children feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated as they explore new concepts and skills.

She also currently works as a Kumon Instructor at Mooresville Kumon center, helping elementary and middle school students in reading and math work. She helps kids to understand concepts, improve their learning skills, and enhance their academic performance.

Outside of her professional work, Kousalya enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes, which reflects her creativity and appreciation for learning through hands-on experiences. She also enjoys gardening and loves to help people around her.
