Children's Choirs

Where kids have fun singing, growing in faith, and discovering the joy of music—one note at a time.

Singing Choirs

  • Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

    Kindergarten - Grade 1: The K/1 Choir requires no previous musical experience. Students will learn worship and music-reading basics. They will also sing for special events and services, such as Christmas in Davidson and Palm Sunday. Contact Carly Wooten.

  • Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

    Grades 2 - 3: The 2/3 Choir requires no previous musical experience. Students will learn worship and music-reading basics. They will also sing for special events and services, such as Christmas in Davidson and Palm Sunday. Contact Tammy Ortiz.

  • Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. 

    Grades 4 - 6: The Wesley Choir builds on previous choir basics, but prior participation is not required. Students will learn about leading worship as musicians and will continue to learn to read music. They will also sing for special events and services, like Christmas in Davidson, Christmas Eve, and Palm Sunday.

Ringing Choirs

  • Rehearsals: Mondays from 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.

    Grades 2 - 3: The Children’s Chimes group is open to all ringers including those with no prior music reading experience. This handchimes choir will learn how to read music, how to be worship leaders through music, and improve their musicality as they play. They ring for special services, such as Christmas in Davidson and Palm Sunday. Contact Tammy Ortiz.

    Grades 4 - 5: The Praise Ringers group is open to all ringers including those with no prior music reading experience. This handbell choir will continue learning how to read music, how to be worship leaders through music, and improve their musicality as they play. They ring for special services, such as Christmas in Davidson, Christmas Eve, and Palm Sunday.
