Welcome Basket for the Page Family

The Hospitality and Fellowship Council is coordinating a welcome basket and would love church wide participation! Click here to sign up to provide gifts and services that the Page family would enjoy. You may also make a monetary gift to be used for a Farmer's Market basket.

Coffee in the Courtyard

At DUMC, volunteers make our Coffee Fellowship a reality on Sundays. This summer, we will host a few out in the Courtyard and we would love your support! Consider helping to set up, replenish coffee and cookies, and clean up this summer.

Senior Adult Retreat
August 13 - 16 at Lake Junaluska Conference Center

All those nearing retirement and older adults are invited to the “Festival of Wisdom and Grace." The theme will be “The Wise Shall Shine.” Lodging and meal packages are available. Call 800-222-4930 or click here for more information and to register.

Sandwich-making supplies 
For The Men's Shelter of Charlotte

The Men's Shelter of Charlotte is undergoing a renovation, during which time they will have no kitchen. For the first Sunday in June, July, and August, we will provide 200 bag lunches rather than the brunch we normally serve. To help provide sandwich-making supplies, click here.

Handbell Camp
Monday - Thursday, August 6 - 9, 9:30 a.m. - Noon
Cost: $35

Children in rising Grades 1 - 6 are welcome to participate and do not have to have previous handbell ringing experience. Registration for Handbell Camp will be open until July 15. Campers will ring in church on Sunday, August 12 at each of the services (times to be assigned at camp). Click here for full details.
