The Rev. Linda Zastovnik was ordained a deacon in full connection in the United Methodist Church in 2003 and has over 25 years experience in ministry. She has served local church congregations with membership ranging from 250-10,000 members. She earned a BS in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Masters in Religious Education from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas (1996). While in Texas, Linda served churches in Richardson, Leonard, Duncanville, Grand Prairie, and Lubbock. She had the great opportunity to serve at the United Methodist Publishing House in Nashville, Tennessee as a Development Editor for a DVD-based curriculum. Afterwards, she moved to North Carolina where she served churches in Harrisburg and Sherrills Ford. In addition, Linda serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry for the Western North Carolina Conference.
Linda has a passion and spiritual gift for teaching. She loves studying the Bible and is a creative educator with a desire to help others engage with the stories of our faith.
