Mission:
To provide food, nourishment and a sense of community for persons affected by hunger in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and N. Mecklenburg County.
Service:
Angels and Sparrows opened in October of 2008 with the help of more than 300 volunteers and serves lunch to anyone in need.
Volunteer Needs:
Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve meals.
Financial Donation:
For the 2009 calendar year, DUMC has pledged $2000.
