Helping Empower Local People; mission is to bring together, train and organize the local community across all religious, racial, ethnic, class and neighborhood lines for the public good.
Service:
Primary goals are to strengthen communities, develop local leadership and organize power to act on behalf of justice and the common good.
Other Information:
HELP initiates actions and programs to solve community and economic problems…they "get the conversation started" in the community about issues that relate to everyone (i.e. education, transportation) and then work towards a common solution for progress.
