Mission:
To bring hope & healing to our community by offering programs that reflect the hands and feet of Christ.
Service:
To provide a bi-lingual community center setting that focuses on holistic health and serves as a clearinghouse for knowledge of and access to health and human services; located in Huntersville.
Other Information:
Programs include prenatal classes, parenting classes, preschool classes offered in struggling communities, diabetic education, individual counseling and referrals to other agencies.
Volunteer Needs:
The greatest volunteer need is for office assistants.
Financial Donation:
For the 2009 calendar year, DUMC has pledged $2,000.
